Create, manage, and promote church events
Read your event's registration list, add someone who signed up off-line, and send an email or text to the exact people you choose.
Registration happens before the event and check-in happens on the day. What check-in looks like depends on whether children are involved.
Turn on volunteer sign-ups for an event, then approve or decline the people who apply.
Change an event's details, postpone or cancel it, duplicate it for next time, or delete it for good.
Set up a service that repeats, then change the whole series or call off a single week without touching the rest.
Create a group registration event where external churches and organizations can register attendees, pay fees, and apply to volunteer.
Approve registrations, track payments, manage volunteers, and monitor your group event from the admin dashboard.
Ready-made lists for an event: rosters by grade or group, allergies, shirt sizes, attendance, home churches, mailing labels, payments and volunteers. Print them or download a spreadsheet.
