Terms and Conditions + Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 3, 2026
Please read these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy carefully before using our Service.
Privacy Policy
This page also serves as Hubl Life's privacy policy. It describes what data We collect, how We use it, how We share it, how We protect it, and what choices are available to You.
This policy applies to information collected through the Hubl Life website, mobile application, and related services, including Google Sign-In, YouTube integration features, Facebook integration features, and other third-party integrations You choose to connect.
As a general rule, We request and use only the minimum data and access reasonably necessary to provide the feature You or Your organization enabled.
Google User Data Disclosure
If You choose to connect Google services to Hubl Life, We access and process limited Google user data only to provide the Google-related features You request.
1. Data Accessed
- For Google Sign-In, We access basic Google account information needed to authenticate You and create or link Your Hubl account, including Your Google account ID, email address, first name, last name, and profile photo.
- For YouTube integration, We access YouTube channel information and account authorization data needed to connect and manage the integration, including OAuth access tokens, OAuth refresh tokens, granted scopes, token expiration data, channel ID, channel title, and channel thumbnail.
- When an authorized organization uses Hubl Life's livestream tools with YouTube, We also use the connected channel access needed to create, manage, and end YouTube live broadcasts and related stream configuration.
2. Data Usage
- Google Sign-In data is used to authenticate You, create or link Your Hubl account, populate basic profile fields, and help secure account access.
- YouTube connection data is used to connect an organization's YouTube channel, maintain the connection, refresh tokens when needed, show connection status in the admin interface, and enable livestream setup and management features requested by the organization.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes, and We do not sell Google user data.
3. Data Sharing
- We do not sell Google user data to third parties.
- We may share Google user data with service providers that host, maintain, secure, or support the Service, but only as necessary for them to perform services for Us and subject to contractual or confidentiality restrictions.
- Within Hubl Life, Google user data may be made available to the account holder and authorized organization administrators for the purpose of using the connected feature.
- We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Hubl Life, Our users, or others.
4. Data Storage and Protection
- We store Google-linked account data and YouTube integration records in Our systems only as needed to operate the feature You enabled.
- We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect data, including authenticated access controls, session security, CSRF protections in OAuth flows, and HTTPS in production.
- Access to Google-connected integrations is restricted to authorized users, such as the relevant account holder or authorized organization administrators.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
- Google Sign-In profile data linked to a Hubl account may be retained while the account remains active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce Our agreements.
- YouTube OAuth tokens and related channel metadata are retained while the YouTube integration remains connected. If an authorized user disconnects the YouTube integration, Hubl Life revokes the current access token with Google and deletes the local YouTube connection record from Our database.
- Users may request deletion of their Hubl account data or submit a privacy-related deletion request by contacting support@hubl.life.
Other Third-Party Integration Data
Hubl Life also offers other optional third-party integrations. When You connect one of these integrations, We request only the access reasonably necessary to provide the requested feature.
- For Facebook Page integration, We may access and store connection data needed to connect a managed Facebook Page and support requested features such as page selection and livestream-related posting. This may include OAuth access tokens, token expiration data, Page ID, Page name, Page access tokens, and related Page metadata returned by Facebook.
- We use third-party integration data only to provide, maintain, and secure the connected feature, not to sell user data or use it for unrelated advertising purposes.
- Integration data is retained only while the integration remains active or as otherwise needed for legitimate business or legal purposes. When a supported integration is disconnected, We delete the local connection record associated with that integration.

We encourage You to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that You visit.
The Service may also display or link to Third-Party Social Media Services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if You breach these Terms.
Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service, reject account creation, suspend accounts, remove Content, or terminate access to the Service at Our discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Without limiting the foregoing, We may take such action where We reasonably believe a user's conduct is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, inconsistent with these Terms, creates risk for the Company, other users, churches, ministries, or third parties, or is inconsistent with Our mission, platform standards, or business interests.
Discovery, Listings, and Promotional Display
We retain sole editorial and business discretion over whether, where, and how any church, ministry, organization, event, page, profile, or Content appears on publicly visible Hubl surfaces, including discovery pages, directories, search results, featured sections, marketing pages, promotional placements, recommendations, emails, social posts, landing pages, and similar public-facing or promotional channels.
Use of the Service does not guarantee that any organization or Content will be listed, featured, ranked, promoted, distributed, or displayed publicly. We may decline, remove, limit, de-prioritize, or stop public display or promotion of any organization or Content at Our discretion, with or without notice, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
For clarity, any decision by Us not to publish, list, feature, rank, or promote an organization or Content on Hubl-owned public or marketing surfaces does not by itself limit that organization's private use of the Service, unless We separately suspend or terminate access under these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the entire liability of the Company and its suppliers under any provision of these Terms, and Your exclusive remedy, will be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 USD if You have not made a purchase through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its suppliers will not be liable for special, incidental, indirect, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or the cost of substitute services.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above limitations may not apply to You.
"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer
The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that defects will be corrected, or that the Service or its servers are free of harmful components.
Governing Law and Disputes
The laws of the State of Georgia, excluding its conflict of laws rules, govern these Terms and Your use of the Service, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
If You have a concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve it informally by contacting Us.
If You are a consumer residing in the European Union, You will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which You are resident.
United States Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that You are not located in a country subject to a United States embargo and are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be interpreted to accomplish its intended purpose to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
A failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
Translation Interpretation
These Terms may be translated. If a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version controls.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms or this Privacy Policy at any time. If a revision is material, We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect.
By continuing to access or use the Service after revised terms become effective, You agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
