VBS Dashboard

View and manage all your VBS events from a single dashboard with stats and grade warnings.

The VBS Dashboard is your home base for managing all Vacation Bible School events. It shows event stats, registration counts, and alerts you when children have outdated grade information that could affect group assignments.

The VBS Dashboard displays stats and all your VBS events with quick actions

Overview

The dashboard displays three stat cards at the top summarizing your VBS program:

  • Total Events — The number of VBS events you've created
  • Total Registrations — Combined registration count across all events
  • Upcoming Events — Events that haven't started yet

Below the stats, each VBS event appears as a card showing its status badge (Upcoming, Active, or Past), registration count, title, and date range. Each card has two actions:

  • Manage — Opens the VBS admin dashboard for that event
  • Edit — Opens the event editing page to update details

Stale Grade Warnings

When children across your grade-mode events have missing or outdated grade information, an amber warning banner appears at the top of the dashboard. Stale grades can lead to incorrect group assignments during auto-assign.

2

Note

The stale grade warning spans all your VBS events, not just one. Fixing a child's grade information resolves the warning for every event they're registered in.
